Privacy in short
ERGauge is built to be used without an account. We do not ask you to register, and we do not require a login to any social network to view a public profile.
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not require an account, email or password to use the viewer or the analytics.
- Aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics may be collected to keep the service fast and reliable.
- Any profile name you enter is used only to fetch the publicly available content you requested.
What data ERGauge works with
The service displays and analyses only content that is publicly visible on an open profile — stories, posts, pinned highlights, and the public counts attached to them. Private accounts are never accessible through ERGauge. Analytics such as engagement rate are computed from publicly visible likes, comments and posting cadence; no private metrics are used.
Terms of use
ERGauge is provided “as is”, free of charge, for personal and professional research use. By using the service you agree to use it lawfully and to respect the rights of the people whose public content you view.
- Do not use ERGauge to harass, stalk or intimidate any individual.
- Do not attempt to access private or restricted content.
- Downloaded media remains the property of its original author — see copyright below.
